Client: One of the leading jewelers based in Bengaluru

What was the problem?

The client wanted a solution to educate their staff on the nuances of jewelry design, about corals, diamonds, behavioral aspects, and other operational procedures.

Our Solution

The solution provided by us involved a setup (being administered by the client) where the learning modules are hosted on an LMS server (managed by the client themselves) and the users consume the contents via their desktops. Some management level users access it using the mobile app (both Android & iOS versions).

Users:

Standard learners and administrators. Learners are grouped into 28 groups like Goldsmiths, CRM, Cashiers, Touchstone, Marketing, HR, etc.

Project highlights:

  1. The system is being accessed by users in all the branch offices
  2. About 300 users, 43 active courses, 60 course offerings, around 5000+ course enrolments & completions, 30+ assessments
  3. Every user is given a goal to learn X no. of learning hours per year; a report provides statistics about set goal vs. actual achieved.
  4. Screenshot taken report: Due to confidentiality of the contents involved, admin can generate this report to list the users who have taken any screenshot of the contents
  5. IP Whitelisting: To restrict the users to access the LMS only in the office premises and not anywhere outside; again, to ensure content confidentiality
  6. The LMS and its server are being easily administered by the client.
