What was the problem?

The client, an HR consulting company, wanted a learning management solution to deliver their contents to end users of their different clients (multi-tenant environment) and monitor the overall learning process. The contents include Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Assistance Program.

Our Solution

Following diagram depicts the overall scenario of the client’s requirements and setup:

Users or the learners of each client would see the LMS as if it’s their own organization’s LMS. However, all of them are logging into and accessing the same LMS server but different contents that are mapped to their respective organization – which is purely a multi-tenant environment.

Users:

Users are from diverse set of organizations like realtors, banks, retail solutions consultants and so on.

  1. A multi-tenant type of a scenario where a single LMS instance serves end users of multiple clients with appropriate white-labelling feature
  2. Statistics: # of users: 5000+, # of enrolments: 500+, # of courses: ~30
  3. Content types: SCORM-based and other MP3/MP4 based
